Balcony Windows (Panel-C)
Installed in October of 1968, this group of windows was the last to be placed in the Sanctuary. The center window symbolizes our namesake, St. Paul, an apostle and missionary. The window to its right represents Stephen, the first Christian martyr stoned to death in early Christian times. To the left of St. Paul is the window representing Phillip, one of Christ's apostles who baptized an Ethiopian eunuch and instructed him in the meaning of the Christian faith. The window on the extreme right symbolized the Resurrection. The Roman numeral III at the panel's top reminds us that Christ rose on the third day. The descending dove is on the extreme left window, meaning the Holy Spirit enters the world's life.
