PFLAG provides support for individuals and families of queer and non-conforming individuals. It also provides education regarding issues surrounding the queer community and advocacy for local, state, and federal legislation or regulations. 
St. Paul hosted PFLAG meetings since 2013. Recently, PFLAG  transferred its meeting location to Edwardsville. The meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month in Edwardsville.
